Challenge
SummitTrek has been working with executives and companies in San Antonio for over a decade. They are trusted by industry and community leaders. As a coaching business they lacked a scalable way to respond to new opportunities.
Solution
We did a deep dive on their business talking to their customers, team, competitors and technical experts. Our process helped us identify the critical trends in their industry and how they could leverage these trends to rethink parts of their business model.
Results
We helped them restructure their core offering and build a more scalable and profitable business model. The growth strategy roadmap we created for them also outlined how they could improve their marketing, communication and customer relationship management. Ultimately we helped them unlock a better way of doing business that more effectively leveraged the immense value they created for customers.
