At StacDek we don't believe in the traditional 20+ page business plan. We believe in answering the necessary questions in order to be able to take action as quickly as possible. If you spend too much time planning before you begin executing, then you're likely wasting time. 

A business plan canvas should be a living document that is simple enough for everyone in your organization to understand and easy enough to update to always reflect the current business model and strategic priorities. We need to address the two fundamental questions that every business plan should be addressed

  1. Where are we going?
  2. How are we getting there?

We have already mapped out where you are going and designed a value map that will enable you to achieve that vision. Now we need to figure out how you measure progress, what strategies you focus on, and what next steps you need to take.

Let's get started by writing the Vision Statement you wrote earlier in the top box of the Business plan canvas.
